What is an Au Pair?
Au Pair from the French at the same level means "equal" to out that the young woman lives with his family and cares for the children on the same level or equal in the status bar with the rest of the family. In other words, Au pair are generally considered part of the family as an older daughter, whose main task is the care of children and housework, in relation to children. Au-pairs created in Europe, if the upper "crust" or rich families wanted to "help wanted" with their young children, but a more relaxed and fun approach to child care, compared to the older and often reluctant "nursemaid" she experienced as a child.
Today, American parents are signing their families and for the au pair experience, thousands of young women come into the United States not only care for your child, but to enrich your child's life and the whole family. The new dimension of sharing a different cultural experiences can provide exciting and educational and can set the base for a lifelong relationship.

She is there for the children and is not responsible for all tasks Weekend, you never seem to have time.
Your au pair expect a car - they have to go school, go to other au pairs, their advisers and, above all, to our American malls shop (she was looking forward to trying this for quite some time - and stop her!). You must have an active and on-going social life throughout the year her in the U.S. - make sure it does, if you are a well adjusted and happy young woman to care for your children.
Most consultants we were asked again and again gave us: "I tell my host parents to an au-pair to keep happy and content and everything flows from there - if you a happy au-pair - your kids will be happy - if you like to have children - you and your spouse are happy and content to consumers and parents. "We think this is a good, solid advice that are not ignored and is the key to a successful year with an au-pair.
