How come my company has all black supervisors?
Do black people don't like taking orders from white man?not racist?
here is the story:
Why does my company have all(5) black supervisors?racist?
work in security , all supervisors are black, and owner is white,director is white, and most guards 75% are black. and I THINK why the visors are black because if there was white supervisor black guards would be angry for taking orders from white man? CAN THIS BE? because of history in U.S.?
so there will be conflict?
First of all, I'm black and I think your whole approach is racist. I'm not saying YOU are but you're putting forth the persona that you are by the way you went about asking this question. why would a black person be pissed off because they have to take 'orders' from a white person? That is just absurd. My manager is white and I have no problems doing the things she asks of me. But also, I don't perceive them as 'orders' either. when you say orders it makes it sound like someone is barking out requests in a rude manner. well, to me it does. and I think maybe you're the one with the problem of having to take 'orders' from a black person. this is 2009 pal, and every race has the right to be in a top position whether they are white, black, asian or hispanic etc.
